Important!!! This Evaluation Version of the program is a full working copy, except the Save to File feature is disabled and a watermark is added to all prints. All of The CAD Zone's diagram programs are available only on CD ROM, for use on Windows 98, 2000, or Windows NT 4.0.

Evaluation copies are available only in the U.S. and Canada.

SOFTWARE EVALUATION & LICENSE AGREEMENT

All Cad Zone products and related documentation are proprietary to The CAD Zone, Inc. and/or its licensors and are made available by The CAD Zone, Inc. for use in their prospective industries solely under license to authorized users. The CAD Zone, Inc. hereby grants to the "Evaluator" as of this date, a nonexclusive, nontransferable license to examine, evaluate and to use The Crime Zone, The Crash Zone, The Fire Zone, or The Insurance Zone, for 30 days, subject to the following:

At the end of the 30-day evaluation period Evaluator will either:

Purchase the program using one of the following methods of payment: (a) Purchase Order, (b) Check or (c) Credit Card. Upon providing one of the above, the Evaluator will be provided a CD Key that can be used to install the complete working version of the program.
Advise pcCoM Technologies that they will not be purchasing the program. If Evaluator is not fully satisfied and decides not to purchase the program, Evaluator agrees to notify by telephone, fax or email that it is declining purchase.

If the Evaluator chooses not to purchase the program, they may keep the evaluation copy, pass it along to another interested party to evaluate, or they may return the evaluation program to pcCoM Technologies at their expense.

Any use, distribution or redistribution of The Diagram Program, other than as permitted by this license, is a violation of the intellectual property rights of The CAD Zone Inc., and its licensors and of the copyright laws of the United States, and will materially damage The CAD Zone, Inc.
All CAD Zone software is licensed for use "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, and is licensed subject to the additional terms of the license agreement packaged with the software.
