Now The Diagram Program Is First Installed As An Evaluation Version!

The Evaluation Version allows you to open the program a total of 10 times and have full use of the software. You can try out every feature of the program and you can even print and save your files. However, once your 10 trial uses have been completed, the Save feature is disabled and any prints and 3D diagrams will be watermarked. When you are ready to have unrestricted use, just click the "Purchase Instructions" button on the licensing dialog box that is displayed when you first open the program to find out how to arrange payment and unlock your program.

Call pcCoM Technologies at 1-419-898-0276 or 1-800-373-2851 and give us the Customer ID number shown in the licensing dialog box. You will be provided a unique access key that is specific to your computer that allows you to have unrestricted use of the program.

The CAD Zone, Inc. Software License Agreement

This is a license to use the enclosed CAD Zone Inc. (The CAD Zone) Software product(s).

This license allows the use of this software on one computer at a time.

If used on a network, you must purchase an additional licensed copy for each simultaneous use of the same CAD Zone product. The only exception to this “one computer at one time” rule is if you wish to install the software on one computer at your place of work and one computer at your home. Please call for more information.

You acknowledge that the enclosed product(s) is copyrighted by The CAD Zone and is proprietary to The CAD Zone. The CAD Zone retains title and ownership to the software product(s) enclosed. The license granted above is not a sale of the product(s) and does not give you any rights to patents, copyrights, trade secrets, trademarks or any other licenses with respect to the Software product(s).

This Software is protected by United States Copyright Law and international treaty provisions. This license agreement shall be construed, interpreted, and governed by the laws of the State of Oregon.

Warranty

The CAD Zone warrants for ninety (90) days from the date of delivery that the media on which the Software is supplied will be free from any defects in materials and workmanship. The CAD Zone further warrants for the same period that the Software, under normal use, will substantially perform as described in the Documentation. In the event of notification within the warranty period of defects in material or workmanship, The CAD Zone will replace the defective diskette or documentation. The remedy for breach of this warranty shall be limited to replacement and shall not encompass any other damages. The CAD Zone specifically disclaims all other warranties of merchantability and fitness for any particular purpose.

Limitation of Liability

In no event will The CAD Zone be liable for any damages including loss of data, lost profits, or other special, incidental, consequential, or indirect damages arising from the use of the Software or accompanying Documentation, however caused and on any theory of liability. This limitation will apply even if The CAD Zone or any authorized dealer has been advised of the possibility of such damage. You acknowledge that the license fee reflects this allocation or risk.
